This is a calendar that follows the Gospel Readings from the Revised Common Lectionary (Year B). It starts in December and goes to the November of the following year. Each week contains the Bible reading references and a series of five activities to build exposure and understanding of the Bible text, they can be as simple as reading the Bible, singing, doing some craft, drama or active play.
This calendar is designed to engage families in Bible reading and immersion activities during the week preceding this Gospel reading. It connects whole families to the gospel stories and deepens the experience of the service time, preaching and Bible lessons.
Suitable for families with children up to age 12.
